tin foil
banana
peanuts
peanut butter
choclate syrup
marshmallows

slice banana sideways, be careful not to cut all the way threw, dig out a nice pocket, now fill pocket with peanut butter, chocolate sauce, peanuts, and marshmallows, wrap banana in tin foil, place on bbq, or in oven on low heat, i think they took about 10-15 minutes to cook, should be a nice gooey mess inside, youve gotta eat em with a spooon.
