as the #1 and only even competent WR in KC... he caught at least 50 passes per season... niiiiiiiiice. That sure is amazing. I mean, we may have had a 2nd year player already catching 100 balls... but man, he caught 50 FREAKIN PASSES A YEAR!!!! If only he hadn't gotten hurt last year, he was on pass to catch at least 26!
I know he bailed on Denver and all but do they consider him for ROF? It'd be terrible for him to have played in Denver but just because of a disagreement they'd miss out on the publicity of one of their players putting up such gaudy, first ballot HOF type statistics.
EDIT: Sorry, I completely spaced he was competing with Dante Hall for WR catches. The QB couldn't make up his mind which great receiver he should throw to and that's why he was often forced to instead go to Gonzo.
