I saw the title and thought you might have been in Utah. Pretty close. Down by Lehi, it took 4 hours to go 13 miles, 150 people had to spend the night at a Maverick there and school children spent the night at school as the bus couldn't get them home and their parents couldn't get to them because of the weather much like what you had in Wyoming. Nasty weather
