Well, usually when you walk the bases loaded, its a sign that your arm is in trouble.
Also, Fogg's pitch count was reaching 100, so he's gone.
If its a shutout, you get the chance, but if you show signs of trouble, you are going to be taken out. Only if its a no no or perfect game will the manager stick with you until you pass out basically.
