Try and cut out white stuff. Bread, rice, pasta.
They will turn to sugar, then fat.
Go whole grain, brown rice and whole wheat. I've had to do that and it really does help.
Facing any kind of health uncertainty is tough, but we can help ourselves and make a difference.
