So... Hell may have frozen over... But I love running.
Seriously. I would have never ever thought that I'd say this, or feel it or whatever. I've always dreaded anything and everything that has to do with running, cardio, etc.
But in the past couple weeks, it has become the highlight of my workouts, and I'm running even on off days. Perhaps it has something to do with losing some weight, dropping a whole belt size, actually seeing results, etc.
I'm sure some of you are probably way ahead of me on running and stuff, but seriously, the treadmill rules.
