
When I started working out again a month ago I never weighed myself. I know I have "a bit" of a beer belly but my main goal was to get my lungs and heart in better shape. Well I weighed myself this morning and I'm at 229. I looked up my Weight height index and I should be 170 so I need to lose 60 lbs.

Wasn't expecting that. So I jumped back on the treadmill again today and plan on doing it 6 days a week instead of the 3 I've been doing.
