Good job all. I got kind of messed up on getting started due to some career turmoil and a bout with pneumonia. I only missed a week on the Nordic Trak. I do 30 minutes every morning with it set on the highest elevation and then propped up another 4 inches with a couple of 2X4's. It is much easier on my old joints than running. I had to replace a roller, which was a 5o cent piece that cost me $50. but it is worth it. I did buy (for the price of lunch) another full machine I can use for parts next time. Now I just need to get the diet going and get back on the weight machine.
