Thing is that studies show that something like 75% of the people who undergo massive weight loss put it all back on (and then some) within 5 years after losing it.
So, for me, the weight loss is only the first part of the battle. It's got to be a permanent lifestyle change, which is why you've got to find something you can live with.
I'm pretty good with the routine that I've established, and I think I can keep it up indefinitely. Doesn't really feel like I'm dieting at this point. Just eating smarter.
