I say yes.

The Broncos not only have done little to improve the defense over last season, which was on the decline. They have lost the best piece of thier front seven.

The addition of Dre Bly may be an upgrade over Williams (thats debatable). But the further deterioration of the front 7 will give him little opportunity to make a difference, as the run defense will surely not be as good.

What's your opinion?
