You also are experiencing water weight fluctuation. As you lose fat, you also lose natural water stores and the body self corrects the water distribution. That is natural and weight can fluctuate up to one percent of body weight as normal.
You can counteract this by drinking plenty of water every day. Like eight cups + a day. A lot of our natural Hunger sensations are also the same as our thirst sensations. Sure, there are different ones, but most of the time you think you are hungry you are really in need of water.
