Ok, this thread has inspired me. I'm ready to get serious about dropping the last 20. Right now I'm 6'3", 217 lbs. I'd like to get to 200 by the end of May. I've been looking at Bowflex machines the past couple of weeks and I think I'm gonna go pick one up tonight. Anybody have any experience with Bowflex?
