Hey HM...if you need a couple of protein ideas...
I throw in some wheat germ and/or I just bought some ground flax seed...into a blender with nonfat vanilla yogurt, bananas, strawberries or whatever, a little orange juice or milk and make a smoothie. Pretty tasty!
(If I'm doing just vanilla yogurt with a banana, I throw in some vanilla and cinnamon/nutmeg.)
