I just prefer to drink some beers during the summer months as itīs quite refreshing when itīs hot outside. Hefeweizen is generally regarded as a summer beer here ... that doesnīt mean people donīt drink it during the winter, but itīs way more popular in the summer. Hefe generally is a little too strong for me to drink all year round ... the hangover from Hefe is lethal.
