Come on, you know the cop was ****ing with him. Ratboy seems as if he pissed his pants. The cop can talk all the ying/yang he wants about "reckless driving", but since Ratboy has never even had a ticket before and serves in the arm forces, I don't see a judge denying his broken odometer claim.
Plus he is a kid. They ain't ****in' with him unless he really was driving recklessly -- i.e. running over sidewalks, crossing eight cars at one, etc....
