New Hampshire shuts out St. Lawrence 2-0. Brett Hemingway had three shots on goal and finished even.
Miami beats Ohio State 5-2. Justin Mercier had one assist, three shots on goal and finished even. Kevin Montgomery was held pointless and did not register a shot on net.
Minnesota tops Michigan Tech 4-1. Ryan Stoa had three shots and was plus one. Mike Carman, playing left-wing, registered one shot and finished plus one. Derek Peltier also finished plus one for the game.
Notre Dame throttles Michigan 7-3. TJ Hensick had three shots on goal and finished even. Billy Sauer’s struggles continue. He was pulled after the second period when he gave up five goals on 16 shots. His record falls to 11-6-0.
Denver and Minnesota State skate to a 3-3 tie. The Pioneers continue to struggle on the power play.
