Buffalo balls
i got this recipie off the net, anybody that was at the bills game last year might remember these, i dunno if i followed it exactly but this is basically what i did.
Buffalo balls
2 lb Sausage meat; Hot, Italian
2 lb Ground beef; Extra Lean
4 Whole onions; chopped fine
1 Head garlic; minced
12 Whole jalapeno peppers; seeded and chopped
1 tb Dehydrated Scotch Bonnet Peppers; ***OPTIONAL***
3 c Harissa Sauce
Form into balls and bake @ 400 Degrees till well done. Doused in your favorite Buffalo Wing Sauce
Once they are cooked and douced in wing sauce a big aluminium disposable pan is the easiest way to trasport them to the tailgate, just heat them up a bit on the BBQ and away you go, dont forget the toothpicks do everybody dosent have to stick there hands in the sauce. As an added bonus you can share with people you dont like without telling them just how hot they really are.
