When Martin was putting up those kinds of numbers it was in transition with the best PG in the NBA serving it to him on a dish.
I read the other day that the Nuggets are planning on running a PHX type running offense. Maybe that will help him, but unless Andre Miller had a frontal labotomy and leg transplant over the offseason their offense will still probably be pretty stale (except when the ball is in Melo's hands).
