I am by no stretch of the imagination a regular poster, but I visit the site religously. Orangemane is one of the best websites on the internet if you ask me, but the thing that makes the sight so awesome is it being free for anyone to use and access.
Now I know you proposed a forum that will only be accessable by paying members. But all that would do is give you another "slow" running forum, but you'd have to pay for it. and by making it a pay site, the paying members would only post in the special forum, making the free forums dull and void. This will end up killing the awesomeness of the site overall.
If you really want to donate some cash to the site, or to Taco John, perhaps he could open up a donation account on paypal, or something like that.
