Since I have never dealt with sexual harassment, I am just seeing what the process is. So what happens after the investigation? Obviously, since there were no witnesses I get my job back correct? It's like I get a free one time pass at sexually harassing a lady.
Well I wouldn't call it a 1 time pass, because she can take it to the cops if she wants.
But on basis of the work part of it. If it was found to be true you would obviously be fired. But if they either found it to be true but couldn't get enough evidence to fire they will try to place either 1 of you in a different position away from eachother & give you a last chance warning which in the next case it comes up true or not you would probably be fired as it wouldn't be the first time the accusation happened.
