I fondle her up and down for a minute while talking some real nasty **** and then walk away. She runs to HR after you get back from your lunch break and tells you guys about it. What do you do? I get a warning?
Well more than likely they will let you go for the day "suspension/leave". Since no one seen it they need to investigate it more. Unless it was witnessed they will not fire you on the spot. Like I said they will ask you to leave take a few days to invetigate and get everything in order.
Really it is not a hard process to understand unless you have a me against the world attitude or you just have never had a serious job.
Since this was a surprise firing with him being on air as early as the night prior, that means he either did it a few times with warnings so this was the last straw or he was caught red handed by a higher up.
