So what is the dismissal process for sexual harassment with the two MAJOR COMPANIES you worked for?
Let's say this woman accuses me of grabbing her ass in the copy room and exposing myself while everyone in the building is on lunch break. I fondle her up and down for a minute while talking some real nasty **** and then walk away. She runs to HR after you get back from your lunch break and tells you guys about it. What do you do? I get a warning?
