You still haven't defined what you mean by "vulgar."
What words or behaviors, specifically, are included in the definition?
Do you mean swearing? (I thought the auto filter took care of that.)
Do you mean pix of scantily-clad women?
The worst thing you can do, IMO, is to prescribe this sort of community/consensus decision making while leaving "vulgar" undefined (insofar as everyone has his or her own conception of what "vulgar" includes.)
