Iran is posturing.. they've been posturing for a few weeks now with all of their shiny 'breakthroughs'.
The new regime is trying to impress on the world (and more importantly the people of Iran) that things are happening... its very North Korean in that sense. I suspect that they're working like hell to do this, but it won't have happened this fast.
