2 cans tomato soup
16 oz heinekin
2 cans sliced potatoes
1 bag baby carrots
2 lbs cubed beef
Mix everything in large caserole dish
300 degrees in the oven for 2 hours, throw in can of corn and can of peas (both drained) and cook for another hour.
sounds simple yet good
Season and brown your meat first, you can do this with choped bacon and onion.
try adding chunks of clery to along with the canned veggies at the very end of cooking,
Rince canned veggies well to avoid entire stew tasting like it came out of a can
consider replacing one can of tomato soup with a stock, buy one if you dont make your own.
Just noticed, sliced, canned potatos....
go with cubed fresh russets or try gemstoneor fingerlings,leave the skin on for small potatos.
