Cavs. They've been consistently excellent this season, as shown by their beatdown of the Celtics, who are now suffering from "we can turn it on when it counts"-itus.

Amazing how trading for Chauncey Billups made the Nuggets really good. I don't think they can win very much in the playoffs, but certainly be better than the usual horrid 1st round showings.
I do see the Cavs being the main contender. I thought Kobe was good, but Lebron is simply amazing.

The Mamba "came alive" from the period between Shaq leaving and the Lakers actually getting big men. KNow what happened? They sucked. Mamba put up 30 shots a night, made 14, got a lot of points, no assists, and they lost.

For the 2nd year in a row, the real finals will be the Eastern Conference finals. :stirstir:

LeBron one ups Kobe at MSG. 61 points is nice, but LeBron had one of the highest scoring triple doubles in NBA history.

52 points, 11 assists, 10 rebounds compared to 61 points, 0 rebounds and 3 assists.

MVP.

The C's aren't the same as last year. Maybe it's age, but I think losing James Posey was absolutely HUGE. Besides a few threes that come in bunches against bad teams from Eddie House, their bench is terrible.

I hope Danny Ainge finds the $6 Million he saved by letting him go worth it.

Two days after Cleveland’s superstar recorded an apparent historic triple-double in a 107-102 win against the New York Knicks, the NBA stripped James of one of his 10 rebounds after reviewing game tape. The league said the rebound with 39.3 seconds left should have been credited to Cavaliers center Ben Wallace, who tapped a loose ball that James grabbed.
