it's like they knew in advance...

TheChamp24 01-28-2008 09:19 AM

Is that seriously for real? omg lol

Beej 01-28-2008 09:22 AM

Hilarious!

clint7 01-28-2008 09:41 AM

That is a riot...it comes with life-like pouty face too! I love the first review. :)

theAPAOps5 01-28-2008 09:46 AM

Yeah this was posted in the LT thread about him sitting during the Championship game.

They have it all wrong though there is mud on his cleats. He only played 4 downs! But someone else pointed out that it was from him crying!

HA HA HA great stuff

on another note i loved the Champ figure on the bottom

Rohirrim 01-28-2008 10:01 AM

Why do they call it an "action" figure?

Bronco Jamus 01-28-2008 10:38 AM

I personally don't find it funny. The guy gives 100 percent and has a bad break. Way to kick him when he's down.

vancejohnson82 01-28-2008 10:46 AM

Bronco Jamus,

I deeply apologize for this thread. It was inappropriate to delight in one of our rival teams' misery, just for a cheap laugh.

Today at 3 pm I will be holding a press conference to publicly apologize to Mr. Tomlinson, the NFL, this message board and you.

Again, I am deeply saddened by the way this worked out.

epicSocialism4tw 01-28-2008 11:06 AM

I would buy it just for the historical significance.

The day the worm turned for LT.

TheReverend 01-28-2008 11:08 AM

Ahahahahahahahaha

"This is by far the most realistic action figure of all time! Want your child to relive LTs thrilling experience of the 2008 AFC Championship game? He doesnt even have to touch the figure, it does the work for itself? Any word if they are making a Chargers parka as an accesory?"

Killericon 01-28-2008 11:22 AM

It only makes sense that it's made by a dude from my home town. Keep on rockin, McFarlane.

Hogan11 01-28-2008 11:32 AM

A Inaction figure....Now that's funny Ha!

Yeah, I agree. I really feel bad for LT. After all, he did have to sit out a football game with a relatively minor injury. I guess he'll just have to go home, count his money, and prepare for next season...where he will play a kids game for a living. I'm SO happy I get to sit at my 9-5 job and don't have to deal with what he has to.

It's also purchased and custom modified by some really talented people.

I agree that he gives 100%, and I think he's getting a raw deal with the heat he's taking...but I did get a good laugh out of that action figure. It's funny, even if I don't agree that he isn't tough.

I would have bet that it was fake, until I looked at the website.

400HZ 01-28-2008 01:15 PM

It really wasn't that funny the first four times it got posted, either.

vancejohnson82 01-28-2008 01:28 PM
