how do you guys upload these pics? i tried a couple adn the files are way to big...

I load my digital card into kodak easyshare and then load them onto photobucket.com.
Then copy/paste the URL they give you.

Upload to imageshack.us or resize them. Download Irfanview to resize stuff.
