Motley Cruise

So, I'm addicted to cruising and I haven't even been on my first one yet. But, I found this...could be a fun time! :giggle:

http://www.motleycruise.org/welcome.php

And, it looks like it would fall on the weekend that is off prior to the Super Bowl! That could be a great time!

Hmmm, may have to consider this vacation. :cowgirl:

Boats of about any type are something I just can't do. Well, maybe it's not the boat, but all that damn water... I think drowning must've happened in a prior life.

But if it's something you know you would like, then definitely, go for it! We seem to find time in our lifes for everything but fun. Whats up with that??

Hotrod 04-12-2007 10:33 AM

Any cruise is a good cruise :yep:

BMF Bronco 04-12-2007 12:13 PM

the only type of cruises we have here are Booze Cruises!

smalltowngrll 04-12-2007 12:24 PM

Oh, I'm sure that this one will have plenty of booze! In fact, I know the one I'm going on in July will have plenty of booze too! I think most cruises could be classified as a 'booze cruise'.

We did a small catamaran booze cruise when I was in Jamaica a few years ago. That was lots of fun!!

Crushaholic 04-12-2007 12:26 PM

Ah yes. This looks like a nice little cruise that you can take with your parents...

I took my daughter to dinner last night and we spent the whole time talking about all the little excursions we wanted to take. I still have 3 months and I'm having a hard time being patient! Every day I have to look at the "cruise cam" they have of some of the boats to see where they are, what port they are in. Then I check out all the ports...hmm, what to do!?

Orange_Beard 04-12-2007 01:07 PM

Have you seen the video of Tommy and Pam "Cruising" on Lake Powell?
I would not get on a boat with Tommy.

We were doing the same thing before our cruise......the sad part is I still am Ha!

I personally recommend the ship excursions even thou they cost alittle more. We almost missed the boat in Antigua but since it was a ship excursion they would have waited for us. We made it back just before they were supposed to leave.

Also watch out for the Rum punch.........its wicked stuff ;D

Most of the traveling I do is not too far from home and typically related to the Broncos. But, this is a trip for my daughters 18th birthday (or at least that's the excuse...if she pisses me off to much, it only costs $50 to change the name to someone else ;D ).

Jamaica was about 3 years ago and it was a girls trip! :wiggle: And, boy did we live it up!

Hmmm, now that I think about it, I've done quite a bit of traveling in the past two years...

Denver 3 times
Montana once
Arizona 2 times
Fresno, San Fran once
...That's not including road trips.

Add three more trips before the year is out...no wonder I have some airline miles.

JanaŽ 04-12-2007 06:15 PM

LOL no wonder! If I could afford it, I'd be all over the place too.

Awww... :(

Everytime you mention the pie tasters, My beavis and Butthead laugh comes out. At 36, I still think farting is funny and anything remotely sexual interest me. STG, what cruise are you going on? You seemed so pumped I hope the excitement lives up on the trip.
