Ok ,western meat sales came by my house thursday night ,I bought the entire pick up load of USDA choice meat containing Beef , pork , Chicken , Seafood and including defreezer 2,200 total , my wife looks me in the eye tonight and claims we have nothing good to eat ............

What the hell is defreezer? Some kind of antifreeze for meat? If not, she just should've tossed you 3 or 4 pounds of frozen food and said "Have at it Emeril...."

I just figured defreezer was like da plane and he was referring to the freezer. Now I'm curious too, what is defreezer?
