Can Any Graphics Wizards Help Me...?
 

I've got this small video file of Carmelo Anthony dunking. It's a .wmv file. I was wondering if anybody here knew how to turn it into an image file that moves and all that... A .gif file I suppose.

Anyways, can anybody help me with that? If so, I can upload the file somewhere.

Here is the file. It's like 40 seconds long, because the person who captured it off the TV got all the replays and everything. I only really need like the first 5 or 6 seconds in the .gif file.

I'd like to use it as a sig or avatar on here, but I don't know if that will work with file sizes and all that. Thanks for the help though. If I can't use it here, I'm sure I'll be able to use it somewhere.
