The ULTIMATE classic rock compilation
So I'm putting together the ULTIMATE classic rock compilation and wanted to get your help on this. I figure a 100 different set of eyes are better then 1. What I'm going for is that traditional 70's classic rock sound. I know it gets sloppy and there's going to be alot of bands and songs that are sorta cross over and some that others think are classic rock but they're really not. Take a look at my current list and if you can suggest something I don't have, please do so. That's why I posted this hear. FYI - don't suggest bands like Styx, Foreigner, Journey (most of it anyway), Boston, etc. That's NOT classic rock. That was the next era following classic rock, and yes some of the songs do crossover so that said, let's hear what you have. Oh yeah, and even though much of Zeppelin, Aerosmith and things like that I don't consider classic rock. They were too much of a niche sound (although F'n fantastic) and I don't consider classic rock. Just listen to some of the songs below and you'll know that sound I'm going for. Things like Magic Carpet Ride, Long Cool Woman, Sweet Home Alabama, Black Betty, etc.
