Great news! I thought they may ease him in a bit first, but if the Dr.'s gave him the OK, then he should be good to go.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- Denver Broncos head coach John Fox is spending Thanksgiving at his Denver home and is scheduled to return to work at the team's south suburban complex Monday.

Although his schedule remains somewhat unclear, initial plans are for Fox to either be on the sideline or in the coaches' box for Denver's game on Dec. 8 against the Tennessee Titans.

ScottXray 11-28-2013 11:27 AM

Good news. Time for Fox to get back in it and do the 2nd half adjustments.
too bad he isn't in this week. But him being back home may mean he is more involved this week anyway.

Punisher 11-28-2013 11:29 AM

Too early

ScottXray 11-28-2013 11:33 AM

With his valve replaced he probably feels better than he has in years, although he might be somewhat fatigued. He did not have a degenerative disease, but just a defective valve. His problem now is more just stamina and strength, and rebuilding his chest muscles. I think he'll be fine.

ColoradoDarin 11-28-2013 01:16 PM

I vote for the booth - can't throw a challenge flag from there, yet can make half time adjustments for the team

Lestat 11-28-2013 02:32 PM

I would hope that he's in the booth for 2-3 weeks before coming back to the sidelines.

broncosteven 11-28-2013 07:49 PM

If he is ready then I am all for it, especially his 2nd half adjustments!

ZONA 11-28-2013 08:16 PM

Glad he's back so soon. The only thing I can think of is he must have ran a 40.

crush17 11-28-2013 08:33 PM

Fox has a nasty bone

Kaylore 11-28-2013 09:58 PM

I'm eager to hear all the people without any medical training and knowledge of his condition beyond "totally their own" anecdotal experience tell everyone what a huge mistake this is.

OM certified but the OM physicians and accept Obamacare(on par with what accepts it in real life)

Can't go wrong with 2 peoples posts in here IMO. Gutless for the QuickTime info, and Doc Broncostein for the details.

You can only tell a Doctor so much... And he/she can give you a recommendation. I know when I shattered my humerus last November, my Doc cleared me to ski race on the first of that following February. I knew I wasn't ready then so I waited another month.

You do understand OBAMACARE is not insurance but regulations about insurance ?

broncosteven 11-29-2013 07:55 PM
