Best released by Lions

One of the sadder stories. He was a very promising RB when he was drafted three years ago. He had a concussion and he has not played since.

injuries strike down another promising young player. dude had speed

I loved this kid in the draft, he is such a dangerous guy with the ball in his hands. Sadly, too small and too fragile.

Bigdawg26 07-18-2013 07:14 AM

He would have been a perfect fit for the lions. It's sad that injuries took him away from it. I just hope it doesn't affect him long-term.

You say injuries and it is an injury but it is an injury you cannot see. Which makes it even more difficult. The only thing telling him he can't play is a computer that says his brain has not recovered from the concussion. That6 must be very hard for him to come to terms with.

Agreed, but he suffered from physical injuries too before the concussion. Sucks

As someone who just recovered from their first concussion ever (and a very severe one at that) I can at least partially understand what he's going through. It's a weird feeling knowing you're not completely healed, while having no physical indications of your recovery progress.

Still one of the worst concussions I've ever seen. The kid has been absolutely snake-bitten injury wise. Too bad, he had the talent to be a Pro-Bowl caliber back imo.

He would break off .500K in our system

TheReverend 07-18-2013 12:13 PM

He would break off an aneurysm in our system

razorwire77 07-18-2013 12:17 PM

Seriously. At some point you gotta be like running back, or vegetative state. Seems like a nice enough kid too.

Bring him in for a look?

He never recovered from running a slower 3 cone drill than Tebow, a slower 60 yard shuttle than Tebow, and the exact same 20 yard shuttle as Tebow.

Tebow is the fastest punt protector ever!

True, but he was a better QB than Tebow.
