Boldin traded to niners for a 6th round pick.

Just heard on sports talk 680

LetsGoBroncos 03-11-2013 01:22 PM

Yep. Crazy

Rohirrim 03-11-2013 01:23 PM

They're reacting to the Harvin trade? WTF?

BroncoInferno 03-11-2013 01:23 PM

Boldin said he would retire a couple of weeks ago if Baltimore got rid of him. I wonder if he'll stick by that? He probably didn't think it was a realistic possibility at the time considering he was huge for them in the playoffs and has a reasonable $6 million salary.

A 6th rounder is nuts. Either a 6th or releasing. Similar situation with dumervil.

Ravens or retire? That quote he made sounds bad now.

I will kill the other thread. Exact same time!

Ha ya I saw that. At least you spelled traded right.

Edit. I got it corrected. Ha

bfoflcommish 03-11-2013 01:31 PM

i'd rather have Boldin for a 6th than what Seattle gave up for Harvin

Requiem 03-11-2013 01:32 PM

Can you say rivalry!? ;D

SouthStndJunkie 03-11-2013 01:32 PM

Good....Boldin came up huge for the Ravens in the playoffs, nice to get him off that team.

Yep. Brotherly love was involved in this trade. Jim had to assume ravens were going to release him so they called up offering a pick. Ha!

maven 03-11-2013 01:33 PM

nice deal for the niners.

bronco militia 03-11-2013 01:34 PM

**** YOU PETE CAROL!

hehe

03-11-2013 01:37 PM

It's gonna be fun watching the niners/Seahawks rivalry. Jim Harbaugh is Stanford carroll USC. Now they share the NFC west. Gonna be crazy

Lestat 03-11-2013 01:41 PM

this ain't a scene, it's an arms race.

That's no moon...

Rohirrim 03-11-2013 01:46 PM

That sound you hear is the NFL scrambling to put both Niner/Seahawk games in primetime.

Requiem 03-11-2013 01:47 PM

Lol this is awesome.

Kaylore 03-11-2013 01:48 PM

So Moss is done then, right?

ludo21 03-11-2013 01:49 PM

great move, they have like a gazillion picks

Ha! I think they opened the door for him when he said he was better than Rice.

SonOfLe-loLang 03-11-2013 01:59 PM

Good move for them

there is going to be so much Kaep and Wilson love going on by the NFL it might be sickening.

edog24 03-11-2013 03:01 PM

Seems like a solid deal for a team trying to win the SB, why can't we make a deal like that?
