What's the current moderators' view on posters who create multiple threads consisting of nothing but spam from other websites?

It all depends on what you mean by "spam."

Germany was in a position to defeat Britain. They had the war won on the eastern front. Russia pulled out of the war. Germany could then move its troops from the eastern front to France.
