How does this work? Do Random People just hang out or do I have to have friends already their. Do people do it and you buy food? Normally I stop at a sports bar down a beer and get on the light rail- Looking to switch it up a bit.

Typically you should know or sort of know someone who is going to be in the parking lot with a vehicle. However, I have cruised around with a case of beer before... it can work for you.
