It's worth my eternal respect that's for sure

I've had a couple shots at Elway ones at charity events and outbid errytime

I bid up to 2 or 3K but since its for a great cause, I hope I'm outbid.

I wrote **** that initially, then realized I'm giving way more through book and not getting a signed helmet :(

Prarie dogs are good for targets and that's about it. Damn things are destructive as hell to pasture, livestock, and quite frankly are filthy little bastards.

Manny Helmet? Worth what someone is willing to pay IMO.

Actual value is what someone is willing to pay for it. What gets me is I could not find out if it was an authentic NFL helmet or a replica... Which makes a huge difference in the value.

You buy stuff like this for 1 of 2 reasons, 1 for charity, saving prairie dogs does not sound like a great charity, Or you buy one for your personal collection. Either way, you hardly get your money out of something that is not limited edition.... and I am sure Peyton has signed thousands upon thousands of helmets in the past 15 years.

It says it has a certificate of authenticity, but I assumed that was for the sig. I didn't know about the replica helmet thing.

Authentic NFL helmet. Authentic signature. They are running a online auction up until the day of the event and then they will put it in a silent auction. Anyone who bids online can specify a Max $ amount to match any bids placed at the silent auction.

About 1/10th of a signed Tebow helmet.
