My band is playing the NAMM show this January!
 

So I got some really great news that the NAMM show picked my band, Boxcar 7, to play the Hilton Hotel Saturday night Namm show after party at 8pm. One of the best spots. To put in in perspective last yr this spot was filled by an all star band made up of former members of TOTO. It's a big deal for a little ole blues/swing cover band from Long Beach. But we are pretty good, and more importantly we have a lot of energy and try really hard. Last yr I went and watched and in the audience were Stevie Wonder and Carmine Apiece from Black Sabbath lol.

It's the whose who in the music industry and all the local bands around Long Beach/OC/LA are way jealous. But last yr at the show I met the guy who runs the entertainment and we hit it off, i smoked him out, he listened to our stuff and said he was digging our old school flavor.

Out of the blue he called me and offered me the spot. The after parties are open to the public so if anyone wants to go you can. Here is a link to us playing a corporate party at the Grove in Anaheim.
