the only thing he really did to annoy me (and this is true of lots of announcers) is that he'll make a quick opinion and then stick to it in the face of evidence to the contrary. Like that PI non call on Lloyd on the 2nd drive(?)

I actually like Trent...but Abe Vigoda could have QB'd that team (Ravens) to a Super Bowl win with that defense....
He also said the fans aren't smart enough to see with their own two eyes what's going on.

Dilfer is the same guy who got smacked around on a golf course by his back-up (Craig Erickson) in Tampa.
I think he naturally just doesn't get it.
