Horrid picks. Indy last without Manning. Steelers over the Ravens. Chargers over the Chiefs just off the top of my head.

Just curious, I wonder if Orton might have been mentioned, maybe at least a little bit...

"Something is wrong with this organization" Hilarious! So true

4. Lions

The Good: QB Matthew Stafford is healthy – before the first game of the season.

And the defense at least showed some teeth during the preseason.

The Bad: Detroit is still Detroit . With a mediocre ground game and less than

stellar receivers (excluding Calvin Johnson), expect a lot of 13-10 games.

The Outlook: 6-10. Every year critics compliment the Lions on their draft and

their solid preseason. But every year, the Lions yawn through the season. Expect

this hapless organization to continue to disappoint.

I don't believe they will be this bad. I think Minnesota will be in 4th. I think Detroit is about to bust out and they will have a defense that will scare teams. Jim Schwartz is doing a good job and they will improve this year based solely on the defense.

Until the Ravens actually beat the Steelers, handing them the division is foolish. Flacco folds under the Steel Curtain and as long as Dirty Sanchez is QBing the Jets, they wont be going to any superbowl.

And if you think the Broncos are going to be worse on offense because of Orton when he has a fully healthy o-line this year and a FAR more intelligent coach who knows the value of a run game you are just hating to hate. Teblow still ****ing sucks.

Carolina was what last year in offense?

That's right, dead last.

Who was the coach ... ??

Hey, McDaniels sucked as a coach but at least the offense moved the ball. Chances are, Orton won't come close to last year's numbers....

lol. So, your rationalization is that since Fox wasn't a successful coach last year, and so he must suck as a coach? Lame.

Think you're way off on the Lions, Cardinals, and Chiefs (obviously). I'd be shocked if they won more then 9 games, let alone 11. Your argument for them is that the AFC West is weak. You realize that KC went 2-4 in the AFC West last season, right?

She's beautiful on the outside but a beetch to the bone. Everyone has a take at the start of tue season....I don't see many teams beating the two teams that started the season the other night. Right now it will be the nfc that rules the afc for years to come.

You call yourself a Broncos fan?
Cool website though, just try and be a little more of a Bronco homer.

With Moreno and McGahee (and, possibly, using Tebow in the run game), how do you figure that the Broncos offense will be worse? Your hatred for Orton is bordering on dangerously obsessive...

Not only are you wrong about the broncos........ But you also do not know what you're talking about when you'd mentioned chan gailey. Chan was head coach of the dallas cowboys in 1998 and 1999 and is the only dallas cowboys head coach that made the playoffs in every season he was their head coach. Prior to that he was an offensive coordinator for the pittsburgh steelers and went to superbowl XXX... His overall coaching record is 22 and 28 but that's after a 4-12 season with the bills this past season.... Prior to that he was 18-14 as the cowboys head coach 0-2 in the playoffs.

He was also our offensive coordinator in 1989 when the broncos went to the superbowl. He worked very closely with mike shanahan while at the university of florida.

He might not have been a sexy pick.... but he was a solid hire for the buffalo bills

I'm thinking that kyle orton may not throw for as many yards as he did last year..... but he will probably approach 20 touchdowns and maybe 10 interceptions.

This is not the same broncos team that you witnessed last year this team is much more improved..... and sure john fox went 1-15 with the panthers last season... however again he has a better QB and more than one capable WR in Denver unlike carolina who had a no-name quarterback and only steve smith to throw to.

I'm a broncos fan, but as a fan I am very critical of what they do because I care. I've been following them since 1970, so I've seen a lot.

It matters to me if they win or lose but when I'm making my predictions I'm being as objective about all the teams as I can. I'm not going to say the Broncos are going to win the division when deep down, I know they're not.

I hate the Chiefs and the Chargers but I think they're better than the Broncos.

You still think the Chiefs are better than the Broncos after that abomination they put out today?

I dont think anyone would disagree with you about the Chargers, especially since the NFL basically took away their one major weakness with this kickoff ****, but really, you think that lowly of this team that the Chiefs are better?

Sorry, those first three lines are shockingly stupid.

I mean, I truly admire your ambition in doing the site. I hope your logic with the other picks is better than what you wrote above.

Sorry for predicting the offense would suck and the defense would not be able to stop the run ....

I know I should be a homer.

I wrote this a month ago but seems pretty accurate.
