He's interviewed somebody named Kyle for like 17 straight shows. It's either cool or lame depending on your point of view. I kind of like it because part of it is hearing guys speak you might not normally. Like Kyle McCarthy.

Update: He'll be on at 12:20 MST.

I hope we release him prior to the interview so he speaks candidly.

Happened to catch this. Most boring interview ever. Sounds like he is still recovering from the knee a little. Kind of comical hearing Jim Rome acting WAY too excited afterwards about a player he had clearly never before heard of. He tried to bait him with questions about Tebow but KM was too boring to generate an interesting answer.

So, are you trying to tell us that Rome didn't state that the interview was EPIC? Did he have a cute nickname for him? Does Rome Karma still work?

boring? Compared to.....uh.....watching last night's game?

I heard the interview also, and was interested to hear a ND alum NOT pick Quinn over Tebow. That seemed a tad non-boring to me, even more non-boring than another Tebow thread.

followed by 20 seconds of dead air, then him laughing at himself, which is promptly followed by more dead air

The show sucks, it's like a time machine to 1998 when it was sort of hip... the guy needs to reinvent himself or something you just can't do the same thing that long and remain at all fresh.

Grrrrr Chris Everrette, Grrrrr, WAR I'm out!

I cant listen to that show anymore, but years ago (several years ago) one of his buddies was doing a stand in show and was riffing on how badly he wanted to nail the Hansen sisters pretending not to know they were guys. Probably the last time I laughed at that show (circa 98-99).
