And get criticized for risking an interception.

I'm not liking our chances against Oak. We should have played our starters a series in this game!

Do these scrubs/ back ups realize they're playing for possible jobs for Broncos or some other team. The O-line look like they dont even care. I wonder about the D secondary also....Cox, Vaughn.

Yes he is. Looking spry for a vet who was passed on by so many clubs. Glad we could get him on the cheap so that we could go ahead and not spend money on any depth or DL help this offseason. Savvy moves by the FO are what are going to make this club great.

Why should we have played the starters a series? They looked ready for the regular season last week, and the backups clearly need the reps.

I thought you changed your name to be ironic because really, who believes KO is elusive? That's some funny stuff right there. He got run down by Haynesworth.

I guess this hasn't been explained enough.

It's called irony. Look that up.

I f'ing loathe Xanders with the burning rage of a thousand supernovae. If we need to offer a human to the alien hoardes for anal probing I give them Xanders every time. First Al Davis but I'm pretty sure he's either leading the Alien Hoarde or he is Satan but if neither of those is true it is Al Davis and Xanders...ahhh...f it. Xanders has caused more Broncos losses than Davis lately. F it, they get Xanders.

I don't see how the starters not playing tonight hurts our chances against Oakland at all.

1. This team was pathetic last year!
2. We had momentum going for us
3. This game will leave a bad taste in our mouths, and present the question as to whether we really are a 4-12 team again
4. Starters will remember this blowout, not their last victory
5. Best not to be rusty entering the season

Why will the starters care that the backups got embarrassed in the 4th preseason game?

If the starters really let a beatdown in a game they didn't even play in affect their mentality going into the regular season, then we're ABSOLUTELY in trouble.

Ive seen Tebow take a bad team on his back as a rookie and get a w. And moved the chains vs the #1 d in the nfl. Maybe ugly but he does it.
Nearly beat them.

Name another rookie to take a team on his back, and get a w. 2Nd start at yhay.

We saw Tebow as a starting QB with the Denver ones last season, and he was very good.

Watching him get hit on every other play because he's playing with the future busboys of america doesn't really tell us much.

Does this not change the fact that he is not ready?

How hard is that to undertstand, hes just not ready....... look at an example this week when he was working on his footwork in practice w/ McCoy

In game situations this pre-season it seems like hes digressing and tonight hes looking lost like you just seen on that last possession he has no feel for pressure right now one thing he use to really be good at, hes too timid he doesn't look confident and its just kind of embarrassing to watch as a Bronco fan and I hate to say that because I really like Tebow and what he did at the end of the year, but its clear that he really needed those OTAs and extra practices.

HES NOT READY. Period.
