Ya, what ever. I don't expect much respect but 31st is just messed up.

31. Denver Broncos: Von Miller just might be your Defensive Rookie of the Year.

Saw this earlier, was expecting us between 25-28 but looking at the entire poll there are a few different rankings that are a little out there.

We're not great by any stretch of the imagination - but from what we've seen from Seattle and Buffalo, we're not the 2nd to worst team in the NFL.

I've never seen a team with such a wide range of expectations as the 2011 Broncos. I've seen media folks talking 8-10 wins. I've seen as few as 3.

It's really going to be a roller-coaster this year:)

I don't think we are worse than the bills or 49ers, but it is really hard to say until about 4 games into the season. If we are any good, we should be 3-1 and a competitive showing against Green Bay with the way the schedule is.

They just print the same rankings with different comments, nothing has changed in 3 weeks - don't get your panties in a knot.

but hey, look at the always preseason champ San Diego Chargers! ugh. what the hell do they have that makes them top 9? they are Phyllis Rivers and thats it

The Colts are the masters of sucking in the preseason, then going for 10+ wins in the regular season. Power rankings, at this time of year in particular, are stupid.

Detroit went 4-0 in the 2008 preseason
Then they decided to lose every game from there on out

pre-season rankings and rankings in general are fun to read because they illicit a reaction...

Let's not forget KC. If this is based on preseason action why is KC 17?

It cracks me up to see these "rankings" and the respective reactions.

So, are they going off preseason showings or are these regular season predictions? Because they can't have it both ways. If you're strictly going off the preseason, as their title says, then Denver should easily be at the top based on offensive and defensive numbers. Either way, it's ****ing retarded.

It really doesn't matter honestly... Its all a bunch of throwing **** to a wall and see what pattern sticks.

I bet if we still had Shanny that would be good for +10 spaces in the rankings.

KC should NOT be ranked 17

Thank God the NFL won't adopt the BCS format…

These "power" polls are just as meaningless….

I was really hoping we were ranked 32nd. When is the last time the 32nd pre season ranked team won the Super Bowl like we are going t do this year.

#18 in the league is better than 8-8 so he would fail what was expected of him. As for our #31 ranking, it is a sign what shall becoming in early 2012.

Jeez . I have live in Cincinnati all my life , tho I'm not a Bengals fan but they are the hometown team and I adopted the Broncos when I was like 10 in the 80's and there we are 32 and 31... sigh.

But, we finally have a real NFL head coach again. And, what looks to be, one hell of a pass rush.

Good thing the Broncos didn't have any key injuries last year. Oh, wait a sec.

My point is that John Fox is a better coach than what he showed last year. I'm optimistic about the new regime...
