NFL Game rewind has coaches film available to be able to review Individual plays. Has this always been there, or is this a first? If so, this is awesome for football savy people. You can see exactly what the QB's see presnap and you can accurately see coverages and fronts to evaluate assignments better. Also, you can see the individual techniques and break down glaring missed assignments.

Very excited to see this offered and it's much cheaper than SUN ticket.

I got Game Rewind this season, too. I have gone back and watched some of the games from 09 and last year. I cannot wait to watch the games this year with features like the coaches film. It provides a much different perspective than the TV version.

would love to see what orton saw on his terrible pick...i dont think orton is a TERRIBLE qb by any means, but that pick was just bad. as was his 16 yard loss sack.

I remember the Raiders giving Orton fits with their LBs dropping into coverage. Seems that Orton's pre snap reads don't identify the threat in coverage or anticipate a LB/DE dropping into a zone. Clemons actually made a remarkably good play and Orton just missed the disguised coverage. The Lions (I think it was) had a very similar play a week or two ago.

Does game rewind show the games live?

Not sure I could wait a day to see the Broncos play, I would like to see the other angles though.

This is why I love that FanVision gadget. It allows me to look at/ replays the action from different camera angles during the game.

That's pretty amazing. For some reason I thought the NFL would always hold on to this. I might have to buy this now.

He saw a DE with his back turned and took the gamble that he wouldn't be able to turn and find the ball before it was past him....he lost the gamble.

The sack sucked because Orton didn't get rid of it, but asking a QB to outrun an unblocked Trufant is a pretty tall order.

Got it for 40 bucks, looking forward to wasting time on it.

I finally ditched the ticket, as my family has grown to 5 kids now, plus the wife....very hard to catch all the games live. I just like it as it gives me an opportunity to watch the games on my time, not the NFL's!

That play was definitely Orton's fault. It was a simple combination with the WR on a Curl or Comeback and the RB on a check-thru route. It's a simple horizontal stretch of the flat defender, if drops, you throw the check-thru that replaces him, if he sticks with the RB's route, it will open up the lane to the OWR. He dropped but Orton still threw to the WR.

I have Game Pass. It was worth the $250 I paid. I can go back and rewatch every game, but no Coaches film that I'm aware of.

Heard someone talking about both plays, they chalked it up to things Orton hasn't seen in awhile. The pick was cover 3 and a DLman dropped into coverage, they only rushed 2. Bad pick, but he looked at coverage pre snap and made his decision. Completely on him. They said something about the sack as well, but can't remember. But along the same lines, he has to see it better. 16 yard sacks kill drives, momentum, and tire out the defense.

The announcers acted like it was such an odd thing for DE to get an interception.

The odd thing is the QB throwing it under those circumstances. Usually, that coverage serves to mess up the curl route. It's not often the QB looks right there and throws it right to the DE.

It only takes a few FUBARs a game to lose it.

Is the "coach film" available for every play or just selected ones?

This sounds very cool!

I was screaming now as he wound up to throw. You could see that defensive player in the passing lane and the other one over the top of the receiver. It was a bad pick.

When I had it last year, it was only selected ones.

Hmm, on select plays. I wonder how many. Are they talking adding in the high endzone camera, which we typically don't see on broadcasts?

I have NFLST, which I don't plan to cancel, but I would drop $40 if it gave me views that I can't get from just going to my DVR'd games (I keep at least one full season of games on my DVR).
