Mat'hir Uth Gan, from broncomania and occasionally posts here, had this up. great, great reading from a guy who knows his stuff.

Ya, that guy really does know his stuff. I used to post over there and he is probably the most knowledgeable guy over there - we should recruit him more permanently!
