In Immelt's op-ed piece in the WSJ, he ironically recommended this:
Make America more attractive place for high-tech services and manufacturing jobs. Accelerating foreign direct investment in the U.S.
“The people who are part of the business sector, the people in this room, have got to stop complaining about government and get some action underway. There’s no excuse today for lack of leadership. We all need to be part of the solution.”
Jeff, you're not doing it right. I guess when the President leaves a leadership vacuum, his appointees fill the void by doing not what the President recommends but that which is economically workable for business. Interesting.

Ah yes. The guy who received 3.2 billion in tax credits wants to make the US more attractive. Crazy to think you could lower the corporate rate to ZERO and GE would lose money.
