Colts "cut" RB Mike Hart, TEs Gijon Robinson and Tom Santi, and DBs Jamie Silva and Mike Richardson

They were all RFA, Colts revoked tender offers, making them FAs? I wouldn't mind bringing in Mike Hart for a look.

Mike Hart gets hurt more than Slowshon does, no thank you to a backfield of them 2 together. we prbably wouldnt get 1/4 season combined

As long as cox is cut on friday, I'm ok with anything they do personnel wise.

I would be interested in Barber. in a split carries role he still has a little something left in the tank

and Todd Heap

Its too bad we're all cap-messed-up, because he's the type of player that we need at TE.

no thanks. i just see Williams as a guy who is falling apart. some team is going to overpay the guy and he is going to ride the pine with injuries.

he has only played something like 19 of Carolina's last 32 games. too much time spent out of the lineup. i am not so high on Barber that i would want to see us drop a dump truck of cash on him either. i'd feel better with a combo of Moreno and Snelling

We could sign Heap. We have the cash. Whether or not the Broncos get one is another. Quinn, thomas ans green. One has to pan out.

Why not, I remember when he sucked for us once before. He's a known quantity.

i am honestly betting that Green gets moved to WR.

Quinn can at least block so we have that

and hopefully Thomas was a good gamble.

Our cap is fine. We have the money to go after Heap is we want.

One major injury and he's falling apart? Seriously?

~ You left out Gronkowski, who is currently the best TE on our roster. Behind him, Thomas looks like he could be really good after a year as the receiving TE and lifting/adding weight.
~ I could see Green playing SP-Ts and some 3rd-long or redzone situations - basically replacing WR/Bust/drugging rapist D.Thomas once he's cut this preseason.
~ You also left out Coats, who's an easily replaceable blocking-only TE.
~ Worst on the roster is blocking-only TE/Bust R.Quinn, but he can't even block a wheelchair ramp. He's got Coats' receiving skills and Green's blocking skills for the total package of fail and should be cut this preseason.

Add Deangelo Williams to that mix and you get the same thing

he has played only 19 of the last 32 carolina games. he seemingly every year has some sort of nagging injury. he splits carries, meaning he is hurting while being a part time player. not worth multi million dollars a season

i would prefer find someone with less wear and tear. Snelling, Bush just not Williams.

If we are building a running game I'd grab him and put the young beast we drafted next to him on the right side.

I don't know what to think of the situation (DT's-DE's) right now.
Nothing will be heard until Friday. That's when we can offically start dealing and wheeling and we'll see what they've done so far in these last couple of days

One major injury and he's falling apart? Seriously?

is it truly a wise idea to burn upwards of 5 million a season on a RB coming off a major foot injury

i know previous coaches had a thing for paying big money or drafting guys with injuries, but do we need to keep doing it?
