This show would be much better if they lengthened the interviews, increased the material related to news and stopped spending 40% of the airtime with a giant spotlight on Jon Stewart. I like the guy, but I get so bored of the antics and the melodramatic stuff most of the audience and fans just eat up that I can hardly ever watch a whole episode.

That said, I didn't think it was a bland interview at all. I just thought it was too short. I enjoyed the fact that it wasn't the exact same thing as every other interview tends to be with Tebow, and I liked seeing him a looser than he normally is, cracking jokes, etc.

I might have misheard wrong, but him kidding about begging to not go to church seemed pretty out of character. I know he was tying it into football, but I guess I got so used to the other version of him that I wasn't expecting it.

Does "misheard wrong" = "heard right"?

Oh please. With few exceptions, the interviews are the worst part of that program. The comedy writing is top notch, and Stewart's delivery is fantastic.

The interviews are mostly blah.

Stewart is kind of turning old on me....Not Bill Cosby old, but old

I've never found Jon Stewart that funny. His writers are funny. I prefer Colbert.

Agree 100%. Most of the interviews are excessively serious for a comedy program. I would prefer that they cut them out completely.
