here is who he has Denver taking.

2. Denver Marcell Dareus DT Alabama
36. Denver Kyle Rudolph TE Notre Dame
46. Denver (from Miami) Rahim Moore S UCLA
67. Denver Quan Sturdivant LB North Carolina

Damn I would love this!

definitely. chris steuber predicts denver to take von miller, fyi. i would say thats not impossible, but its essentially down to these two.

Very possible. Seems like all the decent potential FA TEs are being resigned or snapped up (ok, just Shockey). Plus a young TE is an ideal combo for a young QB.

I dig it.
I'm convinced Carolina is going to get Cam Newto with the first pick.
We need to stay put and nab Dareus.

I have a feeling Rudolph is going in the first. Would love to grab him with our second though.

Wouldn 't mind Dareus but prefer Peterson or trade down.

Rudolph is a waste at 2a or 2b. Better value TE's in the 3rd or 4th (if they can pick up a 4th via trade down)...Jordan Cameron, DJ, Green.....

Could live with Moore at 2b. Especially if they don't get Peterson in the first.

Prefer they pass on ILB altogether this year. Save it for next year when there will be legitimate 1st round MIKEs coming out.

Funny because way earlier in this thing I said I would love Dareus first and Rudolph in the 2nd.

Rudolph going to be a stud and I could see Elway wanting to give Tebow and big easy physical target. I think Tebow and Rudolph could be a good chain mover and stretch the deep middle of the field. Also dude can block so he probably can play every down.

Also when its said and done I think those other TE mentioned will just be guys. Rudolph will be an upper echelon TE that goes to multiple pro bowls.

He might. One of those good teams with a low first round pick that just wants a great football player will take him. Regardless if TE is a huge need for them.

I am a Peterson fan and I hope we take him but I wouldn't mind this draft. I like Rahim Moore better than any other player in the draft tho so if we can get Moore it won't bug me if we pass on Peterson.

I say keep trading down until we have like 5 4th rounders, 3 5th rounders and 6 7th rounders, This is a deep draft, I am sure alot of "1st rounders" will fall to the later rounds. Can never have enough picks right???

Why stop there, let's trade back for 32 2012 7th rounders

Nothing against Moore, but I'd rather have another round of beef and see if McBath can stay healthy.

I think the #2 alone could get us alot. The other night I was bored and researched what we could get from NE for the #2 and turns out according to the chart I used we could get 17(1), 28(1), 33(2), 74(3), 92(3), and 125(4) for the #2 alone. :yayaya: Dewit!

Hypothetical question

If the Denver Broncos traded every 7th rounder from now until 2100 would they be able to get a 1st in this draft? What is the limit?

"The Chart" says it would take 110 years worth of mid round 7th rounders to get the #14 overall pick. ROFL!

Aside from Darius, I absolutely hate the value of those picks and the last 2 are falling down draft boards like bricks.

I dont see Fox investing a pick that early on a TE, he's never been one for incorporating them much in the passing game.

I want DL, DL, LB, RB or OL, the DB's will take care of themselves once we have a line worth giving 2 ****s about.

I agree and IF we did draft a TE this high we better stockpile more picks without a doubt. We need other areas addressed why more.

Maybe I'm wrong but I hope that players like Ayers, Burton and McBath will get a decent shot under Fox before we start using early picks on those positions once again, though obviously Fox will have to work on tape given the current bull**** lockout.

Solid picks for DL, LB and S......

If this pans out -- Denver's D would undergo a complete make over with a single draft.

I'm surprised that anyone wouldn't want to draft Rudolf with our 2nd round pick!? If he's there, we need to jump all over that.

I think the 2nd round is probably the strongest round in this draft value wise and would love to see multiple picks made here even at the expense of a few later picks or our picking a little down the order in the 1st, because there are some good d-line players available.

I'm going on the record now though, I think that Dareus is going to go No. 1. So I think there's going to have to be a very quick rethink by our brain trust and I don't think anyone will trade up to our spot if Newton is still on the board.

I'm a Peterson fan but would be fine with Dareus. Only reason I want Peterson over Dareus is the ridiculous bust rate of d-lineman over the years - the top 10 position with the most busts in draft history.

Worries me a little bit, we can't afford to 'miss' at #2. Drafting a bust at 10 to 32 isn't nearly as bad as drafting a bust in the top 10 let alone #2 overall. That would cripple me I think.
